Lee National Denim Day is a fundraiser created by Lee Jeans to support the Women's Cancer program at the Entertainment Industry Foundation. Every year, people are asked to donate the money they will spend on jeans to support breast cancer research and health programs. The recipient of this program is the American Cancer Society.
