Breast Cancer Campaign is a UK-based breast cancer research institute. In 2015, the Breast Cancer Campaign joins another charity, Breakthrough Breast Cancer, to form the UK's largest breast cancer research charity - Breast Cancer Now.

In 2006, the Breast Cancer Campaign asked 56 breast cancer specialists in the UK for their views on current breast cancer research. The goal is to highlight the major gaps in breast cancer research and to help identify future challenges that must be achieved to obtain maximum benefit for patients.

In 2006, the Campaign published "The History of Breast Cancer", a report that highlights the significant achievements made in breast cancer research over the past 2,000 years. This report aims to describe how the money spent on research not only increases our knowledge of breast cancer but also directly benefits patients.
In 2014 it was announced that Breast Cancer Campaign will join the Breast Cancer Breakthrough charity.
Bank Tissue Breast Cancer Campaign
The Tissue Bank Breast Cancer Campaign is a collaboration between four research centers. It aims to create a breast cancer network bank for researchers to study. The four research centers are:

Extra-patent Medicinal Bill
The Breast Cancer Campaign has endorsed the Draft Law on Non-Patent Drugs a Private Members Bill that will increase Government support for non-patent medicines in which there is no incentive for pharmaceutical companies to support the creation of life-enhancing breast cancer drugs.
Spread Word
The 'Spread Word' campaign aims to improve efforts aimed at preventing deaths from secondary breast cancer.
Fundraising Activities
wear it pink
wearing pink is a UK fundraising initiative organized by Breast Cancer Now. Held annually in October, which is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, supporters wear pink items and in return donate each Ã, Â £ 2. The money raises around 100 projects, particularly breast cancer research across the UK and Ireland. This awareness stresses the need for improved diagnosis, treatment, prevention and healing.
wearing pink is the original and largest pink day in London during October. Formed in 2002 by the Campaign to help raise funds for breast cancer research, from the beginning, fundraising initiatives have raised more than £ 23 million for breast cancer research. [1] Anyone can take part and be popular with office workers, schools, and community clubs. The 2011 Wear it Pink event raised Ã, Â £ 2.2 million for cancer research. The 2017 event will take place on Friday, October 20th. As Bolton West lawmaker said, "I know people who lost friends and family members because of this illness and I want to encourage locals to support Pink Use to raise valuable funds for breast cancer research.".
Other fundraising events
The Breast Cancer Campaign sponsors sports and non-sports fundraising events. This ranges from marathon to regional volunteers. All the money earned from the Breast Cancer Campaign event helps fund breast cancer research.
In July 2012 HEMYCA was also chosen to be the official designer protector for the Breast Cancer Breeding charity, designing a dress for Leah Weller which is auctioned for charity, RAISING £ 3000 and charged at London Fashion Week SS13. On October 1, 2012, buildings in London were lighted pink for the night to raise awareness of Breast Cancer Campaign and Breast Cancer Action Month. These include Buckingham Palace, Tower of London, Tower 42, BT Tower, HMS Belfast, Nelson Column, Trafalgar Square, Heron Tower, and Somerset House. In 2011, Downing Street Number 10 was lit by pink by Breast Cancer Campaign to raise awareness of Breast Cancer Month.
