Narayana Multispecialty Hospital, Mysore is the Narayana Health unit in Devanur, Mysore, India. Currently caring for patients from the South Karnataka area, including services for cardiology and cardiac surgery, nephrology, urology, neurology and gastroenterology.
The hospital is commissioned in December 2012. By 2015, an oncology wing, Major S Nanjundiah and Shanta Nanjundiah center, was inaugurated at the Hospital by Nobel Laureate Prof. Muhammad Yunus, Chairman of Yunus Center and founder of Grameen Bank, Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Center provides early detection, prevention and treatment of cancer including medical, surgical and radiation oncology services. Hospitals have organized mobile breast cancer screening camps, haematological clinics, and surveillance programs for head and neck cancer awareness and screening.
The hospital has a heart valve clinic, a gastrointestinal cancer screening clinic, and a haematological clinic. The hospital provides daily operating programs, free consultations, and shuttle services to transport patients from Mysore to and from the hospital. Additional aids supported by the hospital include CT scan, MRI scan, catheterization lab, endoscopy service, ECG, X-ray, mammography and dialysis unit.
